3. Interest Rates & Fees

Interest rates, processing fees, and other charges are disclosed transparently before loan disbursement. These may vary based on the loan product, loan amount, tenure, credit profile, and applicable regulations. Loan Orbit Pro complies with all RBI directives on interest rate disclosure.

4. Repayment Obligations

Borrowers are obligated to repay EMIs on the due dates as per the loan agreement. Failure to repay may result in:

• Late payment penalties and penal interest
• Negative impact on credit score with credit bureaus
• Legal action and recovery proceedings
• Asset seizure (for secured loans)

5. Marketing Communications Consent

By submitting an enquiry form or loan application on our website and checking the consent checkbox, you explicitly agree to receive marketing and promotional communications from Loan Orbit Pro via RCS, WhatsApp, email, SMS, and other digital channels.
